IT Equipment Repair

We provide hardware fault diagnosis and repair/upgrade for a wide range of IT Equipment.

We repair and service all Intel/AMD based-Laptops/PCs or Servers as well as Apple Macintosh computers (both PowerPC and Intel-based).

We Service most types of printer including inkjets, lasers (including colour lasers and laser fax machines), plotters, and barcode/label printers (including thermal transfer printers) produced by most major manufacturers.

Software Support

We support all Microsoft Windows client operating systems, including legacy DOS applications, as well as MacOS 7.5 through X and Novell Netware. We support all Windows Server operating systems from NT4 Server onwards.

We also support common applications (e.g. Microsoft Office) directly and can assist with specialist applications by liasing with 3rd party support.

Network Setup and Fault diagnosis

We also provide an onsite (wired or wireless) network setup service for individuals and small businesses, and can also troubleshoot existing networks.
